FULL SERVICE INTERIOR DESIGN

We offer full range interior design services to Southern California clients. Our full service interior design includes:

• furniture space planning and drafting
• interior specifications for flooring, stone and tile, interior paint, plumbing fixtures, lighting, etc.
• specification of architectural detailing for custom built-ins, crown molding, wainscoting, baseboards, etc.
• furnishings and window treatment design - we will work with our clients to select the best case goods, upholstery and custom designed pieces that fit the scale and style of their space; we also design custom drapery treatments, both simple and detailed, to add that finishing touch to any interior
• artwork and accessories - accessories are very important to complete the look of any space; we frequent design trade shows and always specify exclusive and amazing accessories for our clients. we also select unique pieces of art that reflect the color scheme and style of the space and have them custom matted and framed.

INTERIOR DESIGN CONSULTING 

Before you begin your next home project, it's essential to hire a professional Interior Designer to guide you in the right direction! Meet with interior designer Julie Thigpen, who's past design experience includes designing model home interiors for new home builders for an award winning firm, in addition to high-end residential design and boutique retail design. Julie is available to consult with you on design related topics, which include:

INTERIOR STYLING & RE-DESIGN 

Interior styling is a fantastic way to re-vamp any room in your home by using the items you already have. Julie has an eye for detail when it comes to styling a space, due to her years of experience in merchandising model homes. This service is wonderful if you're throwing a party or are expecting house guests in the near future and want to refresh the decor in your home in a timely manner; it's also great if you want to update the look of your home without spending a lot of time and money. ONLINE DESIGN SERVICES

MODERN CHIC ALL INCLUSIVE STUDIO DESIGN PACKAGE 

This package is 100% custom designed and includes everything you will need to make your dream room become a reality! We will work with you to create a plan that fits your needs, reflecting your personal taste, style and budget. In about 4 - 6 weeks you will receive your completed design plan via email, beautifully presented in PDF file format, complete with purchasing information and links to order all items for your new space! Included in this package:

• a design concept and color board (in PDF file format) with ample of photos and visual aide to inspire your new space, including paint color recommendations and fabric samples
• a materials board (in PDF file format), including flooring, tile details, finish carpentry and hardware suggestions
• scaled floor plan, labeled with resourced furniture, accessories, and lighting
• photos and detailed information of all resourced furniture, accessories, lamps, and area rugs, art, etc. with links to purchase items online
• detailed explanation of your new design and step-by-step instructions on how to pull everything together

Pricing
Design fees for your studio master plan are based on the average scope of design for the size of the room and total design time. for example, living rooms, family rooms and kitchens generally require more time, therefore cost a bit more.

• Hallways, entryways, powder rooms and bathrooms: $400
• Dining rooms, bedrooms, home offices, bonus rooms: $600
• Living rooms, family rooms, kitchens: $800

MODERN CHIC STUDIO CONCEPT DESIGN PLAN

Are you in need of a little design inspiration? Maybe you're moving in to a new home, want to re-vamp your bedroom or are ready to give your entire place a fresh new look; whatever the reason, this plan is created to give you an overall design concept to use as a focal point for inspiration and direction as you begin your project!
